Q: How do I open Packin’ SMART®?
A:  Each container has oval imprints on each sides of the container.  Locate the oval imprints and squeeze both sides to release the unit above.  For more information, please check out How To Use page and find "how to use" for a live demo. 

Q: How many tiers can I stack up to?
A: You can stack up as many or as little as you desire.  However, when you are traveling or storing heavy contents, we recommend limiting up to 5 tiers. 

Q: Should I use the inner funnel-shaped lid at all times?
A: The inner funnel-shaped lid is designed to keep contents of the individual containers fresh and to easily dispense powdered contents and small items. However, the inner funnel-shaped lid does not affect the function of the secure click stacking system, so you may choose to not use the inner funnel-shaped lid for larger items such as pretzel sticks or pacifiers.

Q: Can I use the Packin’ SMART® as a serving bowl?
A: Definitely.  For example, infant cereal can be mixed with milk/water and serve directly from the container.  Use with or without the inner lid when serving snacks or candies.  Remember, inner lids are great for dispensing and also minimizes spillage.

Q: What color lid/base, designs, and tiering options are available?

Statistical Information About Your Visit Information obtained while visiting our site does not identify you personally, but rather about a visit to our site. We may monitor statistics such as how many people visit our site, which pages people visit, and from which browsers people use. We use these statistics about your visit to help us improve the performance of our Web site.

They find their way to your browser via a Web server. They are used to flag information about your activity on our Web site. This information helps us improve our site and make it friendlier and easier to use. We never use cookies to save passwords, credit card numbers, or other confidential information.
